01.QUOTATIONS

Accurate quotations cannot be supplied without attending a décor analysis first. After attending the décor analysis meeting, we can determine an accurate quote that suits your décor and styling needs. All quotations will be sent to clients at the latest the following Tuesday after your scheduled appointment.

02.BOOKING OUR SERVICES

When you are satisfied with your quotation, a non-refundable booking fee must be made to reserve your wedding date. All proof of payments must be emailed to admin@axurecreations.co.za. Booking fees are included in the total amount of your quotation and not priced separately.

03.MOOD BOARDS
-
After collecting your most important inspirational ideas we will create a mood board personalized according to your décor analysis results, creating a visual sample to confirm that we understand your decor style and are using the correct colours. Accepted mood boards will be used together with décor analysis results to then construct, design, and execute your wedding décor and style. We always recommend that successful mood boards prove that no mock table is necessary, and this method has proved successful and saves a lot of costs for our clients!

04.MOCK TABLES

If you are not completely satisfied with the proposed mood board, or still prefer to see an example of what your tables will look like on your special day we would then love to put together a mock table for you as well. Mock tables are scheduled within the same floral season as your wedding, at least one month prior to your wedding. Mock table prices are quoted separately. Mock tables strictly include flower set-up as well. No mock tables will be created without flowers.

05.PAYMENTS

All payment amounts and due dates will be clearly stated on invoices. Payments are divided into three annual payments excluding the non-refundable booking fee. We ask that NO ADDITIONAL OR SMALLER PAYMENTS than the ones presented on your invoice may be paid. This causes admin build-up and prevents us from responding to our clients as efficiently as possible. Please take this into consideration and respect your payment amounts and dates.

06.SET-UP AND BREAK DOWN

Clients getting married at our partnering company ZONNEVANGER do not need to stress about this step for we arrange everything with the venue ourselves. Décor set-up takes 7 to 24 hours depending on your décor and styling needs. Set-up times and venue access will be discussed closer to your wedding date. Please note that it is the responsibility of our client to schedule access for set-up with their chosen venue. All quotations include set-up and breakdown fees. Please note that we do not take responsibility for cleaning venues after breakdown.

07.BREAKAGE FEE, DEPOSITS & REFUNDS

Refunds will strictly only be made after receiving the following professional photos taken by your wedding photographer (please ensure that the photographers name is present on all photos): At least 3x photos of the bridal couple At least 1x photos of the ceremony area At least 6x photos of the décor in the reception area This is a requirement so we can support fellow suppliers and help our industry grow by sharing your beautiful day online! It is the responsibility of the client to remember to send their banking details to admin@axurecreations.co.za Refunds amounts will be determined after breakages and damages have been confirmed with our suppliers.

1.Does The Meeting Cost Anything?

Your first meeting with us is highly encourage so we can discuss all your amazing ideas. Therefore, your first meeting where we conduct our décor analysis is FREE. Meetings afterwards are priced at R250 per hour. But do not worry we will be in contact via email to confirm all arrangements and you are welcome to call should you have any questions. Axure also provides a WhatsApp Business account where all visuals can be sent to.

2.May I Change Anything on My Invoice After Booking?

Changes can be made to additional items listed on your invoice even after you have paid your booking fee (confirmation of your chosen packages). Changes can be made up until your last payment due date (specified on all invoices).

3.Is Axure Creations Available At Zonnevanger Estate?
-
Axure Creations is highly recommended by Zonnevanger as their favourite décor and floral supplier, but this does not mean we are limited only to Zonnevanger events. Axure Creations can design and style at any venue within the Western Cape.

4.Does Axure Creations Organise The Cake

Axure Creations does not move or handle any cakes.

5.Does Bride & Groom Have To Come To The Meeting?

It is encouraged that both the bride and groom attend our first meeting. You are welcome to bring your loved ones or a close friend with you, but please limit the group to a maximum of 4 people (bride and groom included) to ensure we can all meet comfortably within the arranged meeting space.

6.When Do I Get A Vision Board?

Your first inclusive Mood board is created based on your décor analysis results and sent after you have booked our services (R 5000 non-refundable booking fee). Additional mood boards can be created at R250 each due to the time and attention to create one, which can take up to 3 hours.

7.Can I Bring My Own Décor Items?

You are welcome to bring certain décor items yourself, but this is limited to small items such as your thank you gifts, unity candles, memorial letters or candles etc. Please ensure to disclose any décor items you would like to provide yourself to ensure it is allowed. Axure Creations reserves the right to move, replace or remove any décor items not complimenting the original style agreed upon. This is to ensure our standard is upheld with upmost discretion and care.

8.Liquor & Catering?

Beverages and meals will be supplied by the selected venue of your event. If this service is not provided by your selected venue then Axure Creations can assist in sourcing catering suppliers for you.

9.Any Extra Fees

All items included in your selected packages will be clearly listed within your invoice. Additional items that can be added or removed will be priced separately on your invoice. Payment amounts and due dates will be clearly listed on your invoice as well.
